I had zero intentions in buying this lipstick when I walked into Sephora that one, fine, Saturday in Florida.
But while I was browsing the gondola, I suddenly noticed my name 👀
Which wait … pause… let me explain to you that after living for 30-something years this surprised me ! Especially for someone who found it difficult to even find her name on a mug in the Disney gift shop.
So to see my name on a lipstick, by a well-known make up brand that I adore, in Sephora … actually made me buy it. But even more so because it’s MY shade. Like if you’ve been following me on here for any length of time ..you know I love red, orangey-reds, corals, you name it. These are the shades I always buy.
If ‘Alicia’ was a mauve or a peachy pink or anything else but this warm red, I would’ve been a little disappointed and maybe a little hesitant to get it 🤷🏻♀️
Review 💭 I’ve been wearing her on and off for the past 2 months. She’s a soft suede vegan formula that feels weightless on my lips. It doesn’t feel drying esp if I’ve prepped my lips before. It’s a one swipe pigment formula. I haven’t had any issues with bleeding and it leaves a very light stain on my lips if I don’t reapply.
